Senior Designer for Abrikosov & Sons Ltd.
Thank you kindly for visiting.
Here, all that you see is my burrow. It is a safe, cosy space that has existed for a long while; a place in which my imagination has always been able to roam freely. I often illustrate here, and I like to think that each piece I draw is defined with a personality and a purpose, as well as with bits of others’ art and lives that I love. Bits like Edmond Dantès’ inherent taste for the Orient and Hercule Poirot’s strategic simplicity; bits like Dagobert Peche’s flair for pattern and the fruitfully frivolous work of Friedrich Ludwig von Berzeviczy-Pallavicini; and especially bits like the wonders of Weasleys’ Wizard Wheezes and Karl Fabergé’s stone-hewn animals. Dark chocolate is also one of these bits.
Collectively these form my idea of a warm, ever-present shelter that I can return to - day in and day out, no matter what - with each moment marked by the soft chinks of my many bells - each a muse, each an idea and each a spur to dream, create and illustrate.
Again, to anyone interested, I am open to discuss potential commissions or collaborations. Feel free to contact me through whichever means you prefer via my Contact page or, better still, to pop by my Instagram. I am quite friendly and fangless, though I may not be able to say the same for my two French bullies.
